After using iStone 10 years ago to replace our kitchen floor, we decided to have them bid on two complete bathroom remodels and new hall and master bedroom tile flooring. Their bid was competitive and we chose them for the job. Their subs included electric, plumbing, custom cabinetry, construction/painting, and tile work. I honestly cannot say enough great things about IStone. Brooklyn and AJ are an absolute dream to work with! My elderly parents were needing luxury vinyl plank and tile (specifically low-VOC due to one of their pets being asthmatic). Brooklyn made the entire process so easy. She is so knowledgable and has just gone above and beyond to make sure that everything has gone so smoothly. My parents had also been dealing with animal accidents on their carpet as well. To say that their new flooring from IStone has been life changing is truly an understatement. They could not be happier with the results! The luxury vinyl plank and tile we chose turned out absolutely gorgeous! IStone will be our go-to for any future home improvements that we plan on doing. We highly recommend them! During my visit at Great Wolf Lodge, I noticed Istone Floors installing new flooring in all the elevators, and I was really impressed with their work! The team was professional, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented. Even though they were working in a high-traffic area, they kept everything clean and organized, minimizing disruption for guests. The new floors look fantastic high-quality materials and a flawless finish! Seeing a well-known place like Great Wolf Lodge trust Istone Floors for such an important project says a lot about their quality and reputation. I’m very happy with iStone Floors. It has been almost a year since they replaced the carpet with laminated hardwood floors at my house, covering a significant surface, for a significant lower cost than other companies in the area. The owner came to my house for measurements and spent extensive time with me at their showroom to help me decide what type of flooring would be best for my house and budget. The team of workers was very nice and worked around and through the winter storm that caused delays in material delivery last January, to complete leveling and laying the floors. They moved furniture out of the way, then placed it back, some had to be reassembled. Some scratches happened, which is inevitable, so if you have any particular item you very precious to you, you might want to place it away and in a safe place yourself. I also wish they had told me that dust will be literally everywhere, I would have planned for some things, such as couch, mattress, to be covered with plastic wrap ahead of time, I learned the hard way. But this is normal for any major home-improvement project, I just never experienced one at this level before, so I will know for the future. Overall, the experience was excellent, it felt like I made new friends with the owner -AJ, his store associate - Brooklyn, as well as the team of workers lead by Baltasar, very nice, personable people, who care about the quality of their work. After 11 months, I’m still very much in love with my floors, they look great, there are no deformities, no scratches, I cannot wait to have enough budget to hire iStone Floors and do all this for the stairs and 2nd floor, in the near future.
