Single hung – Constant force balance system to prevent sag in sash. Tilt-in sash enables home-owner to clean the outside of the window from inside of the home; insulated glass, weatherstripping, cam locks for tight seal; meets ENGERY STAR standards
Double Hung – Features full-length lift rails on top and bottom for ease of opening and closing; tilt-in sash for easy cleaning.
Casement– Hinge allows for 90-degree opening and full ventilation; easy to clean outside of window from inside.
Awning – Open out. The homeowner can enjoy fresh air, even if it is raining.
